We want our customers to know exactly how we work.

Below is a clear, easy‑to‑understand summary of our main terms for supplying goods and services.

 

1. How We Work

  • We only accept an order once we confirm it.
  • Our terms apply to all orders unless a company director agrees otherwise in writing.
  • Photos and samples are for guidance only — the actual product may vary slightly.

 

2. Prices

  • Quotes may change until the order is officially accepted.
  • Prices can increase if our costs go up (materials, labour, transport, taxes, etc.).
  • VAT is added to all prices.
  • Extra charges may apply for:
  • Small loads
  • Delays of more than 30 minutes when unloading
  • You must make sure our vehicles can safely access your site.

 

3. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

  • We deliver to the nearest safe place we can unload.
  • If we need to go off a public road, you are responsible for any damage caused.
  • Once goods are delivered or collected, they become your responsibility.
  • We still own the goods until you’ve paid in full.
  • If you become insolvent, we may take back unpaid goods.

 

4. Payment

  • Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date, unless alternative terms have been expressly agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest at Bank of England rate + 4%.
  • Each delivery is treated as its own order and invoice.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

 

5. When We Can Stop or Cancel Work

  • We may pause or cancel deliveries if:
  • You do not pay on time
  • You become insolvent

 

6. Cancelling an Order

  • You can request a cancellation, but we may charge for any costs already incurred.
  • Charges may also apply if you delay, defer, or fail to collect goods.

 

7. Problems, Damage or Defects

  • You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • We are not responsible for problems caused by third‑party carriers.
  • Our responsibility is limited to replacing the goods, re‑doing the service, or issuing credit.
  • We do not cover indirect or consequential losses.
  • Your legal rights (e.g., for personal injury or fraud) are always protected.

 

8. Waste Removal

  • You must give accurate information about the waste we are collecting.
  • Extra charges apply if loading takes longer than expected.
  • We may refuse or return waste if the details you provided are incorrect.
  • You are responsible for any issues caused by inaccurate waste information.

 

9. Haulage Services

  • Travel time counts as working time.
  • Minimum charges apply if a vehicle is booked but not used.
  • Overtime and mileage charges may apply depending on the job.

 

10. Data Protection

  • We follow UK GDPR rules, keep data secure, and notify you of any breaches.
  • English law applies, and disputes are handled by the English courts.
